Health and Safety Management

Safety was a critical priority due to the activities. Safety measures included: Implementation of site-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) Continuous supervision of working at height and lifting operations Daily toolbox talks and safety briefings for all operatives Monitoring of fatigue management during shift rotations Strict adherence to PPE and site safety regulations

Labour Supply and Workforce Management
